Great stay from start to finish. Very friendly helpful desk personal made the visit so enjoyable. Clean comfortable room. Will be back and would not consider staying anywhere else.

This is the first time we stayed at the IP and we were pleased with everything from the check-in and food to check-out. We were not happy about the outside valet being closed as we had several pieces of luggage that we had to carry from the parking area into the hotel. Thank you and your staff for a lovely couple of days.

Was a good experience at IP. No problems, great facilities, friendly service, good location and good price. Have stayed here before and will stay again.

front desk at check in is not friendly. bell hop service was top notch. housekeeping was also wonderful, the guy at check out was great, but he was the only one.

Where to start with this hotel…if you plan on staying several nights please be aware there is no house keeping. I had to call every day to get coffee and water. They would leave trash bags when I asked. I paid for 2 rooms for 9 days and when I asked if they could supply those items so I wouldn’t have to call daily they said no. I also needed our room to be vacuumed and they said they don’t clean until we leave. I ended up calling the front desk and that’s when they finally sent someone up to vacuum. The elevator service was horrible. People were furious how long it took to catch an elevator. We would push up and down just get on no matter if it was going the opposite direction. Definitely would not stay at this place again. Our point of staying at a hotel was so we wouldn’t have to worry about cleaning our own toilet or having fresh towels but we still had to call daily bothering them for supplies.
